Heya Echo. Long time watcher here. The immortal status when the servers merge isn't based off length of reign. It says in game. "The immortal with the highest dominance will become the new immortal. All other immortals will be reverted to adventureres and be compensated accordingly".
Glitches that I've had lately (NA West): 1: New crusader shoulders sometimes only work about half the time. Sometimes not at all. 2: Starting Battleground not in a party. 3: Walking undead in battleground. Couldn't respawn. Couldn't do anything. 4: Whale Tempest bypassing battleground respawn shield and camping the spawn. Feels like they need to shut down and do a reboot.
Good evening, another bug that occurred on the South American servers was that some clans became inaccessible and were consequently lost. The dark clan in which I was an officer, after the reign of the immortals came to an end, became an adventurer's clan, so far so good, but when the clan leader tried to transform the clan into a dark one, the game simply excluded the leader himself, leaving it like that. the clan leaderless and inaccessible because the members page was not displaying any information. As a result, several clans were lost and we had to start over from scratch.
Thanks Echo for highlighting the many problems with Diablo that had happened for a couple of days. We in Anu server (SEA region) also suffered multiple crash in battlegrounds, survival bane, terror tower, trial of the hoardes (plunder), random dungeons, hidden lairs you name it. Hopefully this issue will be fix asap before shadow war tomorrow or the Immortals will have a free week pass LOL
It has been super glitchy here on the SE Asian server, with many frustrating “unexpected error” endings to nearly finished instances, causing a game restart. Also some date glitches as you mentioned, and the seeming disappearance of my accumulated bonuses in the Goblin 2x event Not that happy with DI atm…
All of the server and region, im in south east asia izual server. Experiencing bug and suddenly exit the game. We can't play raids, dungeon, hq and Hidden lair. We experience dc's frequently
Finally, I found a YT channel talking about the issues in DI. Forced log out while playing, it's been going on for 3 days now. Battleground, vault, dungeon, survivor's bane, elder rift, etc. ❌ Still no solution or compensation at all. Points lost in battleground + banned for apparently not participating is the most infuriating
Izual server - almost all events from BG, Dungeons, raids, survival banes, AOB, hidden lairs, Iben, players get kicked out and goes into login page. So even playing BG we can penalized with points deduction. It’s been 3 days at least. No one can complete quests even.
I'm in Taiwan. The game is virtually unplayable. we constantly get kicked out of bg ( with time penalties and minus points- so nobody even tries bg now), dungeons, G1 and pretty much everything else. The only thing possible things to do are farming and fishing. woo hoo!
The biggest bug that i ran into is that on pc version, no matter if u go into a dungeon, elder rift, zone movements or vault, u get a long loading period. Most of the time (and its not just me, alot of my friends on pc) by the time u get into like say into the vault, most ppl are alrdy waaay ahead n alrdy started. Plus if someone changes loadouts and also leave a zone or dungeon it lags for alike a second too. It doesnt seem to affect mobile though so idk... If your solo, its fine but in a party, it happens everytime

At my server SEA getting worse today, all in my server so angry about this bug. today doing bane get log out 4 times in row, also happen at battleground and dungeon to and this bug happen at all platform i have report this bug but no replay from blizz i hope Blizz see this and get fix ASAP
We, from Izual (SE Asia) server are having a hard time. We can’t even do BGs, HQs and other activities. If we do, we are KO’ed and penalised. Our Clans and WBs are suffering and since we can’t do anything together, it’s getting really boring.
Hi i am playing on Blood Raven (SEA server) & have been banned from bg for a day due to lack of active participation after get kicked to login screen. Also get kicked out of corvus, hidden lair, survivor bane.
The first issue that I experienced is the paragon resets on its own or it does not save the paragon that I recently activated. Then the disconnection issue followed.
The rifts and dungeons are unplayable due to error codes that fail to save progress. This is frustrating and a significant setback for Blizzard. I'm not happy with how our money is being handled.
For me personally, along with long time known bugs that many see and have given up hope of Blizzard ever listening to the community about fixing, one recent issue on my end and others in my clan/alliance is, since this last update, many PC users are having extreme lag spawning into events/zones when in party... sometimes leading to disconnects. This is particularly more frustrating when spawning into Vault defense.
Hey ECHO how is it going? Can you make a video on terror rifts and terror essence? As a F2P i dont know if they are good value and I should hold or if I should sell the ones that I get for now and focus on them later. I also do not know what do they refer with eternal equipment. Thanks!
It's an unfortunate part of large programs that you can't always predict how the code will behave in mass play until it goes live. There are hundreds of people working independently on different parts. When you put it all together, sometimes things can go bad.
Thank you very much ECHO for bringing this up, not only the battle pass was bugged or the immortal on Sunday something that happened not only in SA servers, there are WORST CASES, shadow clans that have disappeared from the ranking and can't see their members can't see their leader can't do anything they are completely blocked.
Battle Pass is one of the worst, Battlegrounds people can wait whole week, but what about the days people weren't able to count BP points in the codex, not being able to progress BP, level up thru Codex and etc?
Game keeps crashing in the new game modes for absymmal essence. Both on my laptop and mobile. In survivor's bane, after 200 kills I get the error unable to reach server and restarts. Game relogging in during terror rifts and farming. Happening since Saturday. Issues both on laptop and mobile. I'm in the Izual server.
Someone from the same network had a similar problem as did I, clear my stash in settings and cache, noticing that I had 1.3 gbs less then before, you may have picked up anothet account by playing or updating. If you do redown the game make sure you have the Xtra space 😮
I'm in Southeast Asia server, Izual. Most events we get dc midway and cannot progress. Dungeon, battleground, survivors bane etc are all unplayable. It's been 3 days too just like the South American players. Maybe we are located down South 😂
Every single bug possible in the game is happening all at once And the damage delays are rediculous I shoot for 10 continuous sec at an invisible enemy that takes 0 damage and i get one shoted out of nowhere
Can you suggest to blizz that the giant light blue ring around tempests be only visible to them. It’s annoying in open world but is just plain distracting during raids when trying to pay attention to boss hit zones.

Well in my case I am not even able to log in to Diablo Immortal from my Andriod Mobile and it shows as guests login for me and on providing necessary long in name and password it freezes and nothing happens. Raised tickets but issue is not yet resolved as of now.
Things have been happening with me as well and i'm in soul siphon in NA. it's not as bad as this but i'll get pop ups saying that i'm not qualified to do certain things while in party after doing those things. like the random dungeons. i'll be in a party with one or two people and then we complete it and try again and it says i'm not qualified. so i'll have to leave the party and be re-invited. i know it's nothing as bad as what others are experiencing but it still is happening. it's been happening for three weeks now.

Hey Echo! Different kind of errors in some SEA servers as well especially when doing raids, dungeons, vaults, lairs (getting dc-ed, kicked out and no rewards even if it's finished as long as you are kicked out). Very annoying. Hope this reaches Blizz and they urgently address the issue.
This had been a long time issue before this recent update actually. For at least the past 3-4 months from my own encounter of that bug. SOOO frustrating when it happens, and more so when you have multiple set pieces that you're trying to equip at once. Blizzard isn't known for "quick" fixes to bugs, and more times than not... never fixes. I feel for you & your husband.
What exactly is endgame like? I just beat Skarn yesterday, and I feel like I'm back to square one again? I wanna skip story and get to endgame as soon as I create a new character. How do I do that?
@ECHOGamingDiablo hey man love your content. There's a big bug in survivors bane for the last two months. I and other players have no way to claim the legendary gears from completing a run. There is no storage chest. Nothing gets mailed. Nothing added to inventory. AND There is no claim rewards button. I see no point to play survivors bane if the legendary gear isnt able to be claimed. What are your thoughts on this?
All progress is locked: tons of mats for upgrade primary gear - unusable, levels upgrade locked with reducing efficiency for xp gain, delayed for content (inferno-hell tier)so much that you can't prefarm and conversely it causes more stress. Locking the higher levels of challenge rift with a jump increase in difficulty and you won't see the next levels for sure. Restrictions for terror rifts so that people cannot optimally equip a character. In the final, some things do not make sense to fulfill because it is not realistic to build so quickly before the next tier inferno occurs. Etc Etc like u said
I have a other bug! I have awake my first gear and put 3 gems on my 2 stars level 10 gem and the next day everything is disappear and it’s not return in my bag. I’m the only one with this bug?
this bug made me give up of playing the game for around 48 hours, when you did a bounty, it didn't count in the season board, when you did a random dungeon, it didn't counted too
My clan memebers say that they keep getting disconnected and again and again i wasn't playing for a few days so personally didn't experience it and in the world chat alot players also reported the same problem
Dunno if yours is the first video from OUTSID of SA region talking about these specific issues. Most issue I've seen are people from other regions and things that weren't THAT game breaking. Battle Pass is a huge part of DI gameplay, being locked out of it ENTIRELY prevents the player from earning even F2P stuff, baseline stuff, most battle points, no missions. My point is, just today (day of this video, could've been another from another earlier person) the game seems to be 'fixed', as per the Battle Pass/Codex issue. 3 whole days, people lost Reigns to the insta-kill Immortal too. What makes all this most disturbing, is the lack of issue scanning from this side of the globe. Blizzard did a huge mistake by making it mostly Chinese developed, and by diminishing Community Management across the world, removing localized people who'd help with local issues, even patch translations, we've all been seeing as there have been errors and/or inconsistencies on them over and over. Check the last content patch notes on oficial blizzard site, you'll see that, for example, they REMOVED the 2 images about the rune system (I still got the page here open, and not updated, with the old pictures).

I haven't had any issues with the game thankfully. I class changed to a wizard. Not sure of what skills create the most damage. I'm paragon 307 so far and 44 on the battle pass
Burning Hells/desolate sands server has a bug with the new runes upgrade system is broken. If you try to upgrade three of the same rune nothing happens except you ‘lose’ two runes. Hmmm
I have several issues in mobile and pc.Mobile, sometimes i got stuck in any area and i need close the game and open. PC i got out from the game with no announcement. I have the pc and mobile with the + recommend requeriments to play. So sorry if my englisj isn't properly i am learning this language
Not only South America but buggy in Oceania, I have problems with Hell Rifts, where I enter and either get sent straight to Blacksmith, out of Rift, or can play Rift and can't get out, lose goods from Rift and can't reenter for over an hour without ending up in the Rift again. Put bug report to Blizzard and still no change or given a Ticket !!

Day 3 now for us guys in the SEA servers. Still no word from the devs. Game is unplayable. We get disconnected in every activity except for PVE farming. We would appreciate an explanation from the devs. We pay good money for this game, from low spenders to whales. Everyone who plays this game deserves and explanation and compensation otherwise, people are going to quit and guess what, Blizz-Netease revenue will come down crashing.
So I was all excited to awaken one of my slots with my free DE and did, but is it just me or it seems what gems you can socket after awakening are basically, chosen for you? My example is, I awakened my main hand that has a rank 8 Vbite, and all it let's me slot is a mocking on one, Volatility on the other, and the remaining slot is locked out til rank 9. It let me put rank 1s in each also. Is this right?...that your gem choices are "chosen" for you? Please help fellow players
Another Con of Server Merges involves Character Names. IDK WTF they're talking about but Iceburn Tear already Merged with Sandro, Malus, Worldstone, & MAYBE 1 other? (So long ago. Can't remember exactly...) Originally on Iceburn Tear I had the Name "Cam" You remember. RedOctober remembers. All of SE that was in the Clan back then should remember? BUT after the 1st Merge it was changed to Cam-2...I WAS PISSED!!! IDK how they determined it, but you see numerous Players around with -X in their Names. Chances are that wasn't their Choice... So if someone else for some reason has the Name "ECHOgaming" there is a possibility that your Name could be changed to "ECHOgaming-2" or 3 or 4 if Multiple other Players from the New Servers have it as well... Just something to keep in Mind when this New Merger happens.
Lairing is off....huge load wait times..kick off during teleports...no horse for crusader...haven't been able to play in weeks.....Toriii...Freedom FightersQC...!!!!!!
Truth be told, although I've played this game for quite a while now and spent some cash like bp, prodigy or some good discount bundles, if the game server crashes to zero, I'll still accept it with a smile. Like evil smile.
Is the same as on the previous merges. Ask Blitz in the partner program since you get free skins every iteration you should know and not ask the knowing paying audience about how to keep ur reign
Could you imagine if all these bugs and problems were part of the story of Diablo returning to Sanctuary to wreak havoc not only in game but on the game itself. Far-fetched, I know, but what a glorious excuse from Blizzard it would be, that no-one would buy.
