Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola faced the media on Friday afternoon ahead of Sunday’s crunch Premier League clash with Arsenal.
The match between four-in-a-row champions City and consecutive runners-up Arsenal could have a significant bearing on the destination of this year’s trophy, even at this early stage of the season.
City currently lead the way with four wins out of four so far, while Mikel Arteta’s ‘Gunners’ sit in second place with three wins and a draw.
Both sides played out 0-0 draws with Italian opponents in the UEFA Champions League midweek, though Guardiola’s side have had an extra day of rest to prepare for Sunday’s fixture.
