Hello, I appear to have a rectocele and cystocele and even a first degree uterine prolapse and believe I may be pregnant. Can I practice all of the hypopressive exercises while pregnant? I only recently discovered the rectocele but already knew about my first degree cystocele and uterine prolapse. Probably because my second baby’s head was stuck in my birth canal for 2 hours (about 2.5 years ago). This is scary to me as you can imagine and things are just different and disadvantaged while pregnant - everything loosens up down there etc. What chance do I have to fix this while newly pregnant?
