@@mmm6325it makes sense to me. Nk has both like reflexes and learns how to punish better than anyone. He finds all the gaps. And sonic shows how to best bring out the tech and play style that works best for his characters. Maybe not in tekken, but for sure for the games they actually compete in.
@@user-ch8si9dk7b yes for one, watch their Tier list videos about mk11. Ninjakilla talks about how weak some characters are in certain ways but if you watch Sonics tier list video, he is just talking about their strength and how broken they are.
Lowkey Ninja and Sonic should keep playing each other and improve their characters. It's always beneficial to have a dedicated training partner, especially considering they are already going to face Top Pro Tekken players. As good friends, they can continue to share valuable input to improve and show support when entering tournaments.
The story mode had me sleep. So uninteresting and repetitive. Graphics is not that great either. Characters look plastic like dolls, and outfits are disturbingly big on a majority of the characters.
@MoeFokah I don't know about that. I'd just wish they'd finally push the limits like they do with their stages and objects. Even the clothing is very CG. Meanwhile, NRS been making pizza in games since Inj2 as photo real as the pizza they scanned for it. As well as their clothing materials, metals, and leather. Not to mention skin.
@@youngdresbaby Yes. Graphically NRS may be better, but mechanically, tekken far outclasses any nrs game. Coming from someone who started off on NRS games and transitioned to tekken with the last season tekken 7.
@kySoLuni I beg to differ. Yes, tekken is the toughest 3d fg after Virtua Fighters (my opinion). But the same can be said for MK > 2d fighters. MK1 is trash and will remain to be trash thanks to kameos being the main mechanic. MK11, I argue, isn't as bad as everyone claimed. People just be bitchin. Mechanically, MK is typically fine. NRS just needs to stop reinventing their games every installment and use what works. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, and they had it right in MK9/MKX.

I'm sad that they took a lot of what made law interesting, like his dss 1, 4, or ws4 into dss 3+4 on counter hit, or his 3+4 combos, the dss 3 links... the backturned setups, u4, d4, 2, back crouchdash into ws2 or slide... even the basic motion of doing back foward to input the dss. but even so you manage to make the character interesting, I mean, these combos looks like they shouldn't be possible lol I'm probably going to main lee or reina along with kazuya but you convinced me not to drop law at all, you playing is a sight to behold man
@@ekwensu8797 sadly, I wouldn't say so. he kinda became just a standard rushdown character in T8. I would suggest lee, he plays similarly to law but he has lots of execution and plays on counterhitting, which is one of the hardest playstyles of the game
@@ekwensu8797 Law is plenty complex, Lee has always been a more complex Law. Now Lee is more tournament viable than ever before. You could easily main both without too much work. Tekken 8 is not simple at all.

@@youngdresbabyGimmicky characters tend to have interesting options and strong 50/50’s, like when he played the joker and captain cold in injustice or erron black in mk. The only downside to gimmicky characters is that once you can understand the gimmick they’re basically reduced to rock paper scissors.

@@brightoskar9469 The controls, beyond some particular moves (Kbd, cof, cof) are very intuitive actually. Input is not extremely demanding, kind of like MK, easier than SF. Getting started isn't hard, getting good can take a very long while. If you enjoy learning, it's a great game, for instant ranked satisfaction, it's better to look elsewhere and getting it pushed is a frequent thing as soon as you get past green ranks.

Hey ninja. You’re my favorite player and the biggest inspiration for me in the fgc. I main Liu in mk1 because of you and I like tekken 8 but I bought mk1 and sf6 and now I am broke, hopefully I’ll be able to find a way to get tekken soon. however, I’ll be here for the uploads though.

Everyone should leave mortal kombat until the over haul the game and drop all the DLC so we don't have to wait. The only one can bring me back to MK1 is the spring and summer dlc
