@@andiakpan8502 That & his t-rex arms are his biggest weakness. He's quick & has tech-able movement options, which people are afraid to use, but they really should be spamming it because it confuses the opponent. Lao may seem plain at first, but to really unlock Lao's potential, you have to play unique rush-down. It's the same thing with Ermac. He's insanely good, but not even SonicFox uses his full potential because there just isn't a need for him to be so overkill.
@@KingDeadMan your right, it’s just too bad they didn’t give him a more solid gameplay. IMO the randomness can be a pro and a con. His play style is just so trash to me I can’t stand it and I love Lao. Whiffing dive kicks all day and just throwing out armored launcher is disgusting gameplay lol
i believe theyre going for damage to get the round over with faster with janet cage and the comeback factor she gives from damage! i could be wrong but it also seems like theyre also trading the overhead for damage cause of whiff punishes and being negative on block and mashing when your not supposed to theyre also flawless blocking more now to make you negative for the punishes they dont need low hat matches are stressful as it is they tryna take you out fast as possible!! janet give u damage on all launches without meter and throws ( certain one) its a trade off low hat and motoro cant do that fuck a +13 or low hat when i can get full combos anyway i want
@@binkl2844 Lao is probably better but 1) He's overused and I'm so tired of seeing him and 2) he gives literally everyone a HTB. I think the top 3 Kameos for Liu without question are Lao, Motaro, and Khameleon and it just depends on your preference/playstyle. Also Motaro gives you the same mixup albeit tail shot is slower but +13 as opposed to faster lao hat thats -3.
