@@isaaccooper862 You might be thinking of the SFII V anime series unless I'm incorrect. I doubt there's much of anything canon as far as the SF: Animated series goes. LoL Guile even has a different first name in the Animated show.

Yeah if you watch Smug's video, you will see he was having technical difficulties. His screen would just black out for 2-4 seconds and he couldn't see anything. That's why Smug said "if you only knew from my perspective" after getting washed the first time.
