Yes they can still be alive after being shot 10 times. Yes, they may look like they are down, but they may still be alive on the ground. Stop trolling the comments and learn a few things or two about scripts.

Live in the Galveston Co. area, when the cross way for Galveston to Texas city was damage was blocked off like all 3 lanes 1 lane was open TxDPS and pct-2 constables where in charger for traffic control

I also have a script installed that the ped can still move after they are down, and sometimes they can grab their weapon again. Yet I seemed to get a lot of hate on this vid, oh well.

If I lived in the US I'd definitely wanna be either Highway or State Patrol. I personally think most State/Highway Patrols have some really clean cars and uniforms. Sadly in the EU in the Netherlands and it's quite a bit different. Congrats on 100k. Would you say FiveM is worth downloading? a few months back my GTA 5 crashed and I had to get rid of the entire folder, even the backup folders so I was thinking of just switching to FiveM and doing Police stuff there, would you recommend it?

I enjoy FiveM it is something completely different and what I probably love the most is that all of the scripts, maps, uniforms are all server based. So no need to install all of these different things. Gives you an opportunity to interact with others and build some great connections and possible friendships.
