I have an enduring affection for the south east asia region, reason being that when I was learning the game one of my most successful games and simultaneously one of the ones that taught me the most was a run as Ayutthaya.

I always like your videos, they very different from how I play paradox games and your gameplay stresses me out sometimes because I never really take risks but they're always fun to watch. I googled exogamy because it sounded pretty interesting, however it is not what you described. Exogamy is the practice of marrying outside of your social group, so it would mean marrying and sleeping with people outside of your family or clan or even your entire culture. Like how it was taboo and often illegal to marry someone with the same surname as you in China and Korea, or how it is currently illegal to marry someone who is closely blood related to you in most countries. I can only find the Wikipedia page for the Rhade people, and it only mentions it was taboo to marry someone within your matrilineal family or clan and not that you couldn't sleep with your spouse. What you described was a really cool concept and maybe it just doesn't have a name and whoever told you about it used the wrong term, and if it doesn't exist at all I'm kinda disappointed in humanity for not having it.

I like to listen to the videos while doing chores, so if you say "Let's attack that lot and then do this and this" I have no idea what you're up to. Gimme a proper noun or two!

I highly recommend going to Indonesia. Yogyakarta have some cool hindu and buddhist temples. Loved it when I was there. Also means you can play as the Majapahit empire in EU4

Sorry haven't watched most of the video but I have to point out an editing pet peve, when putting subtitles in a video, make the subtitles go 100ms before the sound. Try it out, I think It's the meta right now. I guess it feels more natural to "hear what you're reading" than to "read what you're hearing" if that makes sense. 100ms makes a lot of difference
