well i dont know if you've figured it out in a month but you can buy plutonium in your garage from 1985 onwards. There's also an event where you can steal plutonium (i think) in the year 1985. If you dont wanna bother with any of that you can activate 'Infinite Fuel' in th BTTFV menu ingame. It's been a while but I think NumpadPlus is what activates the time circuits? Then you just type the date like this: DDMMYYYYHHMM (Day Month Year Hour Minute)
