im currently doing a fifa 15 career mode with spurs aka my team

FIFA 15 was very revolutionary for FIFA. It took customising the setup of your team to a new level. Plus interestingly, AI managers could use them on the default settings meaning although they stay same for a team until the end of career, that team would always transfer players that compatible it! And if you play with a player that is compatible with multiple positions at the current formation of his team, he could be put to these positions if it's better, by AI managers! Of course it's impossible(FIFA still uses it!) with pros and created players but it's possible with real players with multiple positions or edited players with cheat table/live editor(PC only).
