When I was like 5 my dad bought this fifa for PS2. As I grew older, I didn't know there was a new fifa every year, so I played fifa 2001 until like fifa 07 or 08. Shitty game, good memories though!

i had this on PC... i remember that i'd read about it on a newspaper when it was released and they printed a picture of it. as soon as i noticed it had official kits i went and asked an aunt of mine for the game for my 14th birthday (which is in December). in fact i had collected the series between 98 and 2003 (which didn't work in my old computer, so i left it aside). for me as a kid it was pretty cool (having a sixth-gen game at home in 2000 does that to you), what with all those overhead shots from midfield. even looking back at it now and seeing how it looks crap by comparison with later games (and even earlier ones), i'd be willing to give it another whirl - at least after making some edits to fit a particular vision of mine. i mean, at least it's not FIFA 19, right?
