Do a challenge where you have to use the club that is the closest in degrees to your yardage. Ie: 20 yards = 3 hybrid.

The one arm drill is usually used to improve your balance and timing with the transitions of the swing such as the rolling of the wrists at the bottom of your swing when you contact the ball. It will also help coaches see what may be causing problems with your swing. The drill also strengthens your hands and forearms.

Wicked golf from Stephen! Try playing opposite club golf...where you have to use a putter to tee off and a driver to putt.?..3 iron instead of a wedge....or get some left handed clubs and everyone plays left handed and suffers 🤪

The biggest thing is it forces you to take your arms out of it, you really can't "power" a club w/ one arm unless the kinetic chain is good. One of my favorite things to watch is John Daly hitting 1 handed bunker shots better than I hit them w/ 2 hands.
