Yep, and the crazy part is that changing your gender actually applies retroactively. So if you switch to male MC any previous cutscenes/flashbacks will show the male MC too even though you always start as the female MC

@@raymond91607 ah, i was under the impression that the MC lore wise has some sort of power to change their gender whenever they pleases.... Could you imagine, the confusion that could ensues if the part 2 trio sees the MC suddenly turning into a female the next day after they meet them as a male yesterday? And said MC has to explain it every single time on how they're capable of doing such feat to those that haven't seen it before? But i guess that's just a game mechanic thing, bummer...

I thought it was weirder if none of the characters talk about it if it changes your gender in the previous cutscenes, but that actually makes sense since the game acts like you chose that gender from the start. I guess I got confused since normally you pick your gender before starting the game. Now that you mention it, it definitely would’ve been cool if it was part of the story and not just a game mechanic. Would be really interesting and funny having an MC who could do that and having to explain it all the time, but yeah…
