Ray's learning a lot! He's definitely a keeper. Eager to learn is a good thing. Ryan Jr. you're sounding more and more like your Dad! Keep moving forward Ryan Jr. Hope school is going well for you. Stay amazing!! 🤗
Ryan, you have come SOOOOO far in the 2 or so years I’ve followed your dads channel, now your channel. Kudos for teaching Ray, he is quickly becoming one of my fav employees. He’s willing to learn and always on time! Ray needs a channel! I’d watch!
Good for you Jr. Giving Ray more hands on experience rather then the sidelines looking how others do it. you cant get the full extent of what it's like till you jump in the trenches And get the feel for it.👍
you can tell big Ray likes working with Ryan Jr. because it is more laid back and Jr. teaches him things that senior just can't spend the time to on a normal victory job. truthfully I think Jr. is a great trainer he has the two things that make a great teacher knowledge and patience.
Hey guys don’t rush these guys, I would love for someone just in the comments saying these things as if they are easy. We have to be patient, he’s a full-time owner/operator and runs a full-time RU-vidr as well. If that’s not enough he’s a full time father too. Give him a break man.
Junior! Good to see you back. Was beginning to worry would we see your videos again. The pounding the gravel scene was outstanding. Keep it up with the good videos.
Eric drives like a madman. Eric drives the Form Truck like he stole it. No wonder everything falls off the back of the truck. One day, I was stopped at the traffic lights off West Saint Paul's Avenue and the Victory Form truck pulled up beside me. I waved to the driver and he stuck his head out the window and gave me a big cheery wave and a "Good Mourning" wish. I recognised Eric straight away because of his hair and the big tattoo on his arm. Then the lights turned green and Eric did a big burn-out up the road. There was thick green and purple smoke just pouring off the tires as Eric pealed away with the engine revving furiously. It really was a sight to see and I caught it all of my dashcam. I was really impressed with Eric's driving ability. The Form Truck started to slide sideways down the road and Eric was able to correct the steering and steer the truck back straight. It was really fun to watch. Keep up the good work Eric and good luck with your next start at the Daytona 500. Cheers Brian.
Your truly somethin’ Jr! I didn’t know u had your own channel but I’m glad I found it! I know you’re a ‘good boy’, so I’ll keep my comment clean…keep developing your own unique ‘style’…but dang boy, u really got it going on! U got big brains, big drive & big things in your future! You definitely are your fathers son! I’d genuinely love to meet & shake both of your hands someday! Ok…I’m finished fan girling… 🤷♂️🤣
Great job teaching Ray and you are such a calm guy it’s a great dynamic between you two!! Your dad enjoyed having your help for the Summer and can’t wait for next Summer (if you’re not finished with school). TYFS

With the sand get your grade set in a couple different spots and take the screed or 2x4 and screed the sand just as you would concrete to establish grade.
Hey Ray is a cool dude and works hard. Got to respect a man willing to learn a new trade and shows up for work everyday. Stay persistent Big Ray and trust the Lord's blessings will come your way my man. Especially if you seek the goodness of Christ Jesus. Love you guys and continue to give his mercy and grace.
You need to watch how you talk to your help man I'm not saying you're wrong with the things you say but your delivery and frequency of how much stuff you call out. You need to be more choosy in what you reprimand or suggestions you make or you risk offending him and losing your help over things that aren't really worth it mostly
They are working. It sounds like your the only one that took some sort of offense for you to comment. Lol. They aren't help. They are being paid to do a job.
Why you being a Karen they know each others for years they are his dad’s employees stop being keyboard warrior bro actually get out there and work my guy or those stimulant checks or government help doing your needs
