I find this really easy to do because I spent a good 6 hours in this game when I first joined perfecting my driving skill. That includes indicating, speed control, stop signs, and traffic lights. I just follow road laws and I almost never crash. It's so useful in police pursuits as well because I maintain professionalism and enhance realism. Irrelevant but that banana guy really shouldn't be a police officer!

So when that cop tries to pull you over I see a common tactic with a lot of cops. They see a nice car they get behind it and turn on the lights and sirens, then they make the driver wanted and so the police officer chases them. It also happens to normal cars too. This is why I use my Bugatti because I can easily outrun most cops. This tactic is used to get quick and easy arrests. This is also used for the more experienced cops.
