Rules:
1. We are allowed to request trains.
2. After beggining, tagger need to wait 5/10 min. (depends on game leigh)
3. Runner can be tagged,if tagger takes a screenshoot of a runner.
4. All allowed to run between stations, if it takes less then 3 min.
5. If train despawns, we need to spawn at the closest station (not depens on stopping your train at this station).
6. If train is turning around, you can't use it again (you need to leave it).
7. Try to follow SCR rules.
8. Tagger can ask, what train is arriving at runner's station, but it's runner's desicion, to tell it, or no.(when runner is asking, it works too.)
