Truly shows that it's his level 1 that's the main problem, though my struggles could just be because raiders are SUPPOSED to struggle in team battles and I'm doing nothing to slow them down in the early game. Either way, a fun challenge.
I was looking forward to a video of level 1 baby for a full game, and see some super creative things happen. Turns out, baby is baby mode. This fucking raider man.
I really like the ideas they had with baby. The first couple times playing against him, having the civs turn on me,my character in the cutscene powering him up, all that shit. It’s really cool to feel this horrific entity turning your entire world against you, and feel it all closing in. Unfortunately, this gets eclipsed entirely by overwhelming frustration at the complete fucking lack of being able to do anything about any of it the fifth time you see it. Literally, invincible level 1 with insta downs, hope you brought evasives so you can get up from being revived, and then he ALSO HAS A DECENT KIT? Like, what the fuck? You took away so much from buu to justify him having stronger levels in late game, but baby literally has an inescapable script to begin with, and an insane endgame. Just what the fuck were they thinking on the actual balance of this? Why can’t I fucking hit him at level one? At least SLOW HIM DOWN, I dunno man. It’s just frustrating as all hell.
@@hiei10201 I feel like a reasonable way that doesn't break the spirit of "Don't hurt Civs" would be some sort of Capture Net item, either added to the pool, or replacing Launchers, that can rescue civvies at a distance and even Baby, forcing a switch or if thats too much, just tying him down for a bit(if he runs out of civs, jump to Vegeta), even if it still gave Baby meter for capturing infected civvies this way, it'd at least give Interaction
All bitching aside, sjam still absolutely was styling this whole video. Just let the whole team get picked up in front of his face with HALF a health chunk, fantastic
After binging your channel all day yesterday and playing Xenoverse 2 for longer than I'd like to admit, I finally got this game. Played a bunch of survivor rounds yesterday and... damn I'm terrible. Got got by baby 20 second into the start of the round, after which I realized this game might be better with headphones
This is an interesting strategy, placing civs where the STM lands, the only downside is it leaves you vulnerable to being key rushed. BTW, I was Skye, the match you lost just after destroying the STM, I was the one who got level 4, so I got to experience this strategy first hand.
Getting key rushed would be optimal, since that'd leave people at lower levels and with less dragon balls. Though I usually stall for the wish to come anyway, which I probably did in your game and paid for with my life lmao
@@sjamsjamBut it also puts the Raider under pressure, 20 or 25% on the STM is nothing to scoff at, and if most or the entire Survivor team is alive, not playing ETM, running stuns and knockback skills, the pressure on the raider becomes much greater, some can cope with pressure others cannont. My whole strategy for Key Rushing is putting the Raider under pressure and hoping they can't deal with it, of course it all depends on how the whole team does, I only Key Rush or Dragon Ball rush if I find their Radars very quickly, it's all dependent on how quickly I can find their radar.
It's quite fair: if he didn't, the raider could destroy the STM without anyone being able to touch or hurt him at all. He would just need to wait and then win without doing anything at all.
Juat started playing this game, how do i get to revert to an egg and bury myself underground for 3 years as larva cell, so that there my form may mature? Seriously how do I get the line
Did you place the infected civilians on the STM because of a previous comment I made? I'm super glad because I simply can't try it out myself as I do not have Baby unlocked (or any other raiders lmao)
