The coiled strike should come out way faster and have a bit longer recoil to compensate. The whole idea of a snake coiling is so it can shoot its mouth at your direction the fastest way they possible can, by using themselves as a spring. It's why they always coil up and bare teeth or hiss or rattle when they don't have anywhere to run.
@@chimken3289 yeah it's always something that misses the mark when developers bring a new creature into the game that haven't been done before. Seen it a lot with the mod teams making stuff for PoT. Without some form of expertise and experience with extant animals that we know what they look like, how they act, move and sound, you'll always only almost get it right when recreating it in a video game. BoB has done a very good job with their turtles and snakes thus far, very very few problems in my eyes artistically. But I've seen turtles get ruined from lack of knowledge or understanding more than once and I've seen other creatures like big cats get TLC'd and now despite knowing what a cat looks and moves like this modded creature now looks good enough that it fits perfectly in the games environment. It's impressively difficult to get it right without knowing the source material first.

i know that was said as a joke but for fun, there legit IS a species of "flying" snake IRL. it can launch tree to tree in a similar manner to flying squirrels. Called flying snake or gliding snake, they have a very unique looking flatter body than more traditional snakes that allows this

BoB’s been working on it for years whereas Dondi keeps putting the boa on the back burner. When Dondi does focus on the snake, he fails to realize it’ll take him even longer.
I honestly cant remember, i know there's one to reduce damage taken while coiled, one to increase the frenzy ability, one to increase health and venom capacity, keen senses, and uhhhh no idea :(
Ngl, (This is my opinion btw) The devs need to stop fucking focusing on releasing new creatures and focus on the main bug fixes. And people need to stop pushing the devs to release said creatures or else ive got a feeling this game will turn into literal shit. I♥🐔
the colors in this game as such a turn off, it scream: "made for 13 year olds" i would buy this game and play it if it was not for this childish bright unrealistic colors!
