Counter strafing is when you press the opposite movement key to stop moving. Also, idk when you see him moving diagonally but Kaemi has insane aim so he doesn't need to overaim much or at all to hit his shots. I'm guessing you watch woohoojin, people like him recommend the overaiming drill cause he actually really sucks at aiming, and the overaiming helps him to compensate for his bad/slow aim. He also aims his tips at the average Joe who goes to work and plays when they finish. Kaemi basically does this as a job, so he has time to invest in Aimlabs routines and playing ranked for hours upon hours everyday. As a result, he needs the whole overaiming thing much less because he has insane flicks. He stops, aims for like 0.1s or less and then keeps moving. The diagonal movement thing, woohoojin has people practice that because they have a bad habit of using it when you shouldn't, like when an enemy is right there. Just running around the map with no known threat it's fine, but when you're really trying to clear things properly, then you need to make sure to strafe nicely
