How to find smart randoms. Step 1: Make a lobby with desired map and difficulty. Step 2: Don't make it public. Step 3: Type a message in chat to get literate randoms. Step 4: Discuss strategies. Step 5: Start when ready

You can do it on casual but if you use modifers make sure the paper is green and not red
