This video shows how to refresh Mount Fortune until the top prize (currently $2,500 at level 15, or $5,000 at level 20, or $10,000 at level 25) is on offer, before you play.
You have a 25% chance of getting that top prize when you get to that level. This allows you to farm coins off of Mount Fortune. Always PAY to get past the rocks, then QUIT after playing the level with the big prize, to collect whatever you won up to that point.

While I'm not too sure about what I discovered since I need more data but looking at your video here has provided more insight into it. I do notice that the +2500c is most likely the top left or bottom right pick when it is on summit level 15.

I’ve got an interesting thing to share with you. I’ve got 15 bonus words with no words in the puzzle. In the same game, I’ve got 23 bonus words with only one word in the puzzle. Apparently this game times out because when I went back to it, it was gone. And I’ve got a pic of both. I wonder what the odds are…

I think they may have just "fixed" this tactic in the last release. After I just also made a video about it *facepalm*

I left a comment on your video not too long ago about this and you're certainly right. I did find something else that should be noted after many test runs. There's a greater chance on winning the 2500 coins on the 1st and 2nd jackpot level by selecting the bottom left or top right card.
