I'm DCExplorer, the 42 degree North mapmaker! I got the idea on a trip in Rome when I realized the Roman Forum and Magnificent Mile in Chicago overlap in latitude! The latitude bounds give a fun angle IMO of figuring out what is included -- central Boston is 42.3 N, so the top edge slices right through Salem. Detroit also sneaks in. No Bishkek though - too far north.

Thank you so much for playing my map! Here's the history of each of the locations in the video: Round 1 was the location of the North Shore Line's Kenilworth Station. This was served by the North Shore Line's electric trains on the Shore Line Route from Chicago to Waukegan. Round 2 was the Grand Trunk Western's Ashland station. This was served by the GTW's South Side commuter train, though I'm unsure on the details of the service. Round 3 was the Chicago Burlington and Quincy's Douglas Park Station, served by the railroad's commuter line from Chicago to Aurora. This line still exists as Metra's BNSF Railway Line, but the station is long gone. Round 4 was the Chicago and Northwestern's Hebron station. This station was served by local trains running from Rockford to Kenosha. Round 5 was the Chicago Burlington & Quincy's West Chicago Station, served by a shuttle train on the railroad's West Chicago branch which ran to Aurora.

I’ve been there in Cordoba! The mknment to the south is cool, but I think the UNESCO site is the former cathedral/mosque/museum to the north which is very cool to visit

The unesg heritage site in Cordoba wasnt the statue. It actually was the nearby Cathedral/mosque.

I recently visited that mountain in Germany. I was honestly terrified riding the cable car when I saw how steep the final section of cable was. Great video as always!

To be completely honest, I don't really like watching people playing geoguessr with such short time limits. That's because I enjoy more when they have the time to actually study the places in detail, and try to find the location as exactly as possible. I know it takes significantly more time and effort, but it's more enjoyable (and didactic) to watch.
