I have anxiety but didn’t know what stimming was so I looked it up and went “oh damn so that’s why I keep moving my feet when I’m sitting” So that’s kinda cool.

so i got both the tism and the good ol' AD and i wanna say that second song gives me somewhat the same stim feeling as that one baldi's basics song (mainly just the voice but its the reason i like the bb song anyways) with the bonus i can listen to it without my family giving me weird looks SJHDSJ 10/10

@@charmingmeowgician everyone stims, actually. it's just that neurodivergent people such as those with adhd and autism do it more often in more "unconventional" ways. and yes, anxiety can in fact cause stims, as stims are just basically any type of repitive movement a person does to alleviate inner stimulation, or calm themselves down, or for whatever other reason.
@@randomnoob101flyhightweek basically yeah. for example an autistic and adhd friend of mine flaps their hands frantically when they're in a place that's too overstimulating. I, meanwhile, pick at the skin of one very particular finger basically all the time- when I'm bored, nervous, focused, like all the time. It's gotten to the point where my fingernail is damaged because of it. It's the only constant stim I've had throughout my life, but I do it 24/7.
