A tip for the first starting pitcher that I struggled with in highschool aswell is to try not to jerk his head as much when he pulls down, it makes controlling where the ball goes a lot harder. Amazing game tho!

pitching would be take the seats out of van. Kneel inside and throw it at a pillow on the front seats. try to hit faster and faster more flick to the throw.
