I only have three possible reasons why this match ended the way it did: (1) COMPLEXITY gave it their all against FaZe, but they ran out of strategies to surprise Liquid (2) Team Liquid showed what they are capable of when their players are fresh (especially yekindar on the nuke map) (3) The first two options together
no. faze are just rlly bad lately. they lack motivation someone is probably leaving. TL was spanking faze really hard dont forget. also beat navi twice. theyre just really fucking good right now
Ultimate is something else, he gives little bit vibe of S1mple 2021. The flick to elige was mind boggling. Yeki playing like that is the prime example how good liquid can be if he hits the shot. I guess this new team liquid has to b the best new roster team that has played very well consistently? Any thoughts?
You're right. A bit more consistency from JKS and similar kinda performance from Yekindar will make this team much, much better. Needless to say, a title contender.
You summed it up fully. I would add that liquid have been struggling for years to fine a good awper( not saying the previous ones weren't good but they lacked consistency). All this team needs is more experience by playing different teams- basically what Twistzz said in the interview
Not sure why people complain about the casters, these are actually in my opinion the most entertaining ones. Those casters from BIG vs Mongolz yesterday were absolutely abhorrent. No energy and no vibe. This game, especially the nuke map was simply chalked up to Liquid having their stars step up, most notably Yekindar playing like his old self and Ultimate being the top 3 AWPer we know he can be. If they play like they did today, there's no way they can't win a major with this team. Complexity isn't a bad team at all. Sure, they weren't at their best today, but still. Liquid proved that they have the talent to go all the way. Side note, I remember that the last Liquid match, people were saying Yekindar needed to be benched and was so incredibly washed. Said he needed to be replaced lol. Not if he plays like this, which is why he is here in the first place!
they are horrible man, they try all the time be funny, like kids. they are never serious.. they dont play a friendship game, it cant be that they scream and laugh every round and talk about thinks that have nothing to do with the game... not all the time man they are enoying hardcore
@@93sachaboey they're also really not that funny. Last week they suddenly were talking about AK skins during play and couldn't even name them ("I really like that red one with the cat on it")
They were being unprofessional casting earlier games, literally yapping while opening frags of a buy round are happening. Those games weren't exactly major final though.
daily form, improving gameplay after losing to certain stuff and momentum. Thats basically it. If u ever played against mates u know that are on ur level you know it, one day you win, the next day u stand no chance.
Counter strike players have short memories. Some matchups are favorable, others not so much. The game is over a decade old & the skill gap between pros is slowly diminishing. CS2 tournaments are unpredictable at this point.
This happens a lot in basketball too. A player has a record breaking performance, then next game they suck. It happens when riding off a high. I think CoL was just wiped mentally and too high up after Faze. Gotta keep that grit. Also ultimate was just on fire.
I feel most bad for elige he has put his all in this tournament. And he has been one of the best na players still to this day. I hope one day he gets to raise a trophy again
Bruh this was probably one of his worst events statistically of the season. The team was actually playing well around him, this was a bad performance but it wasn't because elige was hard carrying with no one behind him
Look guys, I have been a core TL fan from 2019 lineup and going on strong. The current lineup is great. Man, ultimate is a beast. Did he really say, "They aren't even trying" ? Had a mixed feeling cuz Elige on the opposite side, but yeah, I will take the win. But, the main thing is whatever the roster and whoever the players, despite the number of frags, no player is comparable to NAF. The versatility in this guy is just beyond the wonders of this world. I know likes of Twistzz, JKS, even Yekindar this game, and Ultimate no doubt seem so promising, but if you would ask me to pick one from this team, it would definitely be NAF. I am a proud yet true Naffer. Dude literally said to Chill in that chaotic round of Nuke. Seriously?
No matter what anyone says to me NAF is the goat of NA cs, twistzz went to EU, Elige is a malder, NAF has just been consistently a difference maker on almost every relevant American contender since like 2016.
Col had a great run this tournament. They were on fire for a long time. It’s alright that it came to an end. I am happy with their overall performance. They improved a lot. TL’s top fraggers were just on fire today. Gg to both teams.

Not convinced with Yeki just yet. 1 good map does not justify his recent performances. For liquid to be challenging for trophies we need 2021/22 yekindar back. If not, would love to see Elige back wearing Liquid colours.
Map 1 was hard to watch as an NA fan. Getting 12-0'd on T side of your own map pick... that's an awful look. Good tournament Col, they looked really solid for most of it. TL, lets bring this baby home! Ultimate is insane.
That nuke performance brought me back. Looks like a silver lobby at times. Can't help but respect how well liquid are playing. They're winning pro league now
All Yekindar haters are very silent now... as I was saying, he is 50/50. Either he is online and delivering highest class rifling experience, or he is bottom fragging and pushing smokes every round.

TL is a bit based on yekidar performance... he just play well today. While COL can't keep their form as the same level vs Faze Clan. The last game vs FC their aim goes crazy, one tap one tap and Elige 300 IQ.

I know theyre the funny guys but I find Harry & Hugo really distracting at times. You can goof around during downtime but please don't joke around while there's action happening.
As a Navi fan I can only dream of them getting 3 revenges back to back, that would be epic. If Liquid beats G2 and Vitality get to the final, which are both highly likely, Navi get that unique chance. Not sure if they can do it but it would be quite something
the reality is complexity isn't a t1 team and cannot keep up with them when they're showing up cough cough faze, expectations are like Navi, reality is they're like Furia.
