You guys have no idea how much relief your content provided me and your subscribers during the Plandemic. Lockdowns/protocols/riots were brutal in Los Angeles but videos like the ones your team posted was a Godsend…or would that be a MetalJesussend? 🤟😂
Wow! How fast time goes by! I remember watching original Xbox & PS2 hidden gem games video and now we are at PS4. Love this journey watching MJR for so many years.
I was at gamestop yesterday checking on the xbox360 and ps3 games but I did look at the ps4 thinking is there anything that is worth getting yet. Soon soon
@@shanenice5380where tf are you seeing it for that much?? On ebay it’s currently between $10-20 for the regular version and around $30 brand new for the GOTY edition
Thank you brother I love the mashup and extended compilations, need more of these !!!! Good to listen to while gaming or editing. Love ya Metal Jesus ❤
I have Assault Suit Leynos on my ps4 digitally. Unfortunately I don't have the physical copy, but i paid $2 on sale on PSN. Great game, and great hidden gems video as well.
Ever since I got a PS3 for Christmas from my brother, I've been a PlayStation guy. I loved having the PS4 and last year I got a PS5. I remember watching all of these videos from your channel, but was amazing to come back and relive them in a compilation style one. You do some amazing content, and I have learned so much and been exposed to so many different things/incredible people through your channel. Truly thankful for all the effort and work you put into what you provide to us. Keep up all the fantastic work and have a wonderful day.
The PS4 library is so massive at this poing and still games being released for it. I think people will still be discovering PS4 games in 20 years time 😂
I think so, especially since new releases might continue, such as indies and some JRPGs, both of which that are not intensive graphical showcases (like Sea of Stars for the former and Bakusou Jigen Neptune VS Kyoshin Surainu for the latterm both of which are seeing both PS4 and PS5 releases).
It's crazy to me that people have just completely forgotten about Shadow Complex. I remember when it came out on the 360 it was a pretty big deal. Scored really high, it was a Metroidvania from Epic, great production values, etc. I guess we DO have a lot of really great games of this nature now, so I can see why it may not stand out anymore, but I just thought it would've retained some kind of legacy. It was a part of that era of digital games that really started to "legitimize" the whole market for those smaller titles. Obviously Epic wasn't some small, indie studio, but it was the era where XBLA was really showing off and proving what smaller, digital only releases were capable of. Shadow Complex is great. More people should remember it :/
I hope I'm not alone in being super excited for a hour and a half long video. I usually listen/watch while I'm gaming and yall gotta keep me company during this Elden Ring DLC.
I wake up every Friday, pick up my phone and say "Metal Jesus take me away." And you never disappoint. Thanks for putting together this compilation. Made for a great start to the weekend
Thank you for yet another total treasure of fantastic recommendations to augment my beloved PS4 collection! I have scored so many great gems that I would have easily missed, if not for your kind efforts!
Nice compilation of PS4 hidden gems videos! It was nice to notice that actor (Sean Bean) in Snowpiercer was also working as voice actor in Kholat and like in Snowpiercer where the world outside train is ice cold there is something same in this game.
I LOVE some of their fighting games! Hell I think I have like 4 arcade sticks! I also like to do this thing as well where I get some like stuffed animals and put them on my desk! (Does anyone remember South Park characters or SpongeBob characters in arcades?)
Caladrius Blaze is fantastic - short but great like Astebreed - but the physical I have to get from Asia ouch! I always forget to add it! Leynos 2 is getting localised by I think limited run in the US and redartgames in EU... it's already on switch in Japan but no English on the cartridge.
The Vita and PS4 are the systems I have for the longest time of all systems. Vita I bought week after it came out, PS4 I bought when on a discount (€222 new) in 2016. PS4 runs 8GB ddr5 ram, many laptops, tablets do not run this as of today 😎
You guys are plenty of surprises, why Gumdam Mobile Suite 2 hadn't a decent review, already?! I don't know. Carl Cox and Martin Garrix having fun without me?! Probably. Namastè.
Thank you Jason. I really prefer longer form video and it seems to be a more popular thing now on RU-vid. Plus sticking a load together to make a more easily accessible hidden gems video is a good move. I'm all for it.
So far im loving the ps4 era a lot of good titles came out even though i play mostly on ps5 i still look for physical editions that were psn only titles
5:35 - the local computer software store here would sell modded games and I didn’t know that as a child. For decades I thought there was actually a Mario game on the Commodore because I had this game but it was modded to look like Mario and Luigi and their names were at the top left of the screen. So while I played this game, I never had the opportunity to play it in its original format.
Things I love about MJR x Reggie videos: - Enthusiasm - Knowledge about old and obscure consoles and their games - Gameplay footage - Huge variety of genres - Enthusiasm
I just went and ordered Republique. It was not available and added an alert and it just appeared in a local CEX store (secondhand electronics and games). Looking forward to trying it out.
I love the Sony PlayStation 4. It has so many amazing games and had one of the greatest gaming generation differences. Comparing ps3 to ps4 was amazing but ps4 to ps5 was amazing but ps3 to ps4 was something special. 3:47 A well deserved slap to Capcom. The Great Giana Sisters started as a knock off and became it's own thing. It has a interesting history. Gundam Breaker 3 looks fun. I love Mobile Suit Gundam. Those are some great PS4 controllers. Cool video. ^_^
I remember being surprised that Deadlight only had like three star reviews for the vast majority, and mainly on the platform that I got it on when it came out, which was the Xbox 360?!?! I couldn't believe it. I thought the game was awesome!! For a simple post apocalyptic nightmare/zombie game that you're trying to survive, I thought it was awesome for a simple pick up and you know have a couple hours of fun type game!!! I love these types and radical Reggie. Remind me of my buddy Freddy.!!! Y'all would've got along!
Great video. It would be cool if you and Reggie did a steel book video game case collector video. Would be neat to see what's out there. My son and I just got into collecting them.
At this point if you've included GR2 and the Order; might as well throw in the complete Telltale Walking Dead to get all of the Clem story and double (triple?) dip on 🏆
