In 1997, I received the original Sony PlayStation for Christmas.
I, uh. Freaked out a little bit.
The first PlayStation console, usually referred to nowadays simply as the PS1, is the first TV game console I ever received. (I had gotten a Nintendo Game Boy a couple of years earlier.)
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that my family had recorded video footage of the fateful day when Crash Bandicoot found his way into our home, so I knew I had to share it with all of you. Enjoy!
