Unfortunately they dont come with the cable. BUT it's the SAME cable as the PS4 controller, simple micro USB, so use that

Get a playstation vr bundle that includes the motion controllers, you can always buy beat saber separately. The bundle in this video is last years so it might not be in stock.

If anyone sees my comment, then can anyone tell me that has this did you have to buy a charger for the vr headset and the motion controllers or did u just charge them with a regular PS4 charger?

It should come with all that's required. I know the controllers charge off a micro USB like PS4 controllers. The headset should charge using cable that it come with. But having one of those dock charges makes it easier.
