Even though is set in New York the comic is made in Spain (and the game). It's kinda one of the flagships of adult oriented comic books back here. Recommended read by the way.

The game is made in Spain? I was under the impression it was French. There's French all over the game and the publisher is a French one too from what I've seen

@@Etherman7 I _think_ that's just the name. I recall a section in one of the comics ruminating on what the name actual name, which gave me the impression that they just came up with it and stuck with it.

yeah i visited madrid and san sebastian a while back, and i saw it in a book rack at a comic store also, all the metal bars you guys have up in san sebastian were fucking awesome love it there im from california too so it felt like home

Wtf is this game ?! They totally fucked up the character design ! And Blacksad voice is awfull ! A masterpiece turned into a shitty game, great -_- Blacksad comics are not even relevent today, there won't be any sequel in a long time, so I don't even know why someone would develop this.
