You have a missing interlocking contact for V1 and V2. Once chemical flows out the tank , the fluid level lowers and the LS1 switch will revert to its initial condition. V1 will open simultaneously with V2 and starts to fill the tank even if the tank is not yet fully drained. Its important to put this interlocking to make sure that V1 and V2 wont operate at the same time.
