This answered a lot of questions I had about how PLCs execute tasks. I took a class on PLCs but was really confused in the end. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
This would be great if there wasnt so much "if you look here, you’ll see x, y, z and this thing they attach to, but dont worry about that". Keep it concise and directed, good lord.

Hi, this video gives a fundamental concept of Allen Bradley software applications. Can I take a fresh backup from a running system without affecting the process or shutdown?
It's just a question of branding. As of version 21, RSLogix 5000 became Studio 5000. There are differences in each version, but up to version 20, the software is labeled RSLogix 5000 and Studio 5000 after that. In terms of practical applications, Rockwell has released HMIs that can also be programmed from Studio 5000. From what I understand, the goal was to create a single platform for all of their hardware.
Absolutely no difference. It's just organized as such since "Inputs" and "Outputs" are similar. It's only a programmer's preference. We've seen them all done in parallel, series or a mix of the two depending on the PLCs and programmers who build the program.
could do you explain about motion group a little ? whats the difference between Axis -consumed , Axis servo. Axis servo drive, ....generic ,generic drive ,CIP drive ?
