Sir, Which connection should I use With PLC to Pc system as I tried to do by via hmi connection but it was showing connection error?

Sir, I have a doubt.. can you please give me a solution for this.. I have two parameters in my recepie, for both the parameters user can assign value only 0 or 1 or 2.. if the user is assigning value of 1 to the first parameter then the user should not have to options to assign the same value of 1 to the second parameter.. he can enter only either 0 or 2 to the second parameter.. Is this possible..??
