That is one of the coolest stories I’ve ever heard haha.

Yautja even the bat in that pic is cute in its own way. The one in the vid is a flying fox, they're a variety of fruit bat.

Yautja once I found one like that, but more black. He sat still, seemed injured. We have a batrescue in my town, so I called and this guy turned up. Bat was dehydrated and fatigued but not injured. The man let me see what the bat looks like from up close and I thought it looked quite cool. I did know about the rabies mainly which is why I didn't pick him up myself. He was taken to that guys house I suppose to get some rest and fluids and he'd be released two days later. I felt happy knowing I rescued this little creature. It may not be fuzzy amd sweet and everything but it still deserves to live imo.

People are only afraid of bats because they're associated with things such as horror and monsters because they like the dark. Most people probably haven't seen a bat up close, only pictures of their silhouettes or a scary depiction. I was scared of them too until I realised they weren't bad or evil like all the movies said they were lol

The big ones ain't the problem - it's the little ones that'll mess you up. They're like dogs... the smaller they are, the more vicious they get. Catch one of those little Mexican free-tailers in a bad mood and they'll aggressively swoop towards you and chase you. And make awful noises, too. Plus I think they spit cooties.
