The thing I've learnt the most recently (may be naive since I'm in my mid 20s), is that it's only really important that you take steps every day towards whatever your goals are. When I was working really hard a couple years ago, I would burn out and then quit, and logically the stand still would make me sad. By making small steps consistently, you see a lot of progress over the long term and you feel better about yourself. Seems obvious when you hear everyone super far along saying "just build good habits", but really, it's true. NL is totally on the mark about how grindset culture is like saying the best way to run a marathon is to run fast the whole way.

The goal is to get vulture, deer, snake, falcon, betta fish in that order and deer and betta fish have 1 up's, falcon has meat/melon, and pineapple for snake and vulture...its absolutely disgusting and such a toxic build this weekly and I love it lmao
