Yes Steve, this poor dog is haunted by his past because it is still occurring in the present! By trapping the dog in the corner & trying to force touch they are triggering the dog & causing him to react! There are softer approaches that actually will calm an Animals fear response but this rescuer is not educated enough to use them..Hopefully they will educate themselves on better rescuing techniques! At least they are trying to help, but please don't make it worse! Thank you for caring!

Dogs have to be helped but God didn't gave them to us as friends. Dogs are scavengers and stray dogs to God. God didn't create any animal as a pet. Having pets is completely worldly thing.

It never ceases to amaze me that people can be so damn cruel. It also amazes me that dogs can be so forgiving. My dog was a rescue and by the time she was picked up, she weighed 4 lbs. She is a chihuahua mix. I’m thankful for her everyday.
