For starters what a beautiful day you went on, parks look so much better in the sunshine. You had a non sea view on Jolly Roger, hope it was still as forceful, was hard to tell. Great to see Eggspress back up and running, really good that some improvements on the way for Marble Madness. Love that little train so much, and wipeout has to be done (once) , sealion show really is wonderful and to get a circus thrown in too, what a bargain. Really hate rootin tootin never got to do Hobbs Pit, was hoping to see you on the chairlift but I appreciate the queues can get very long, our most recent visit we thought might be our last, but based on what we saw, we might just give it one more chance on a really nice day. Used to ride the pirate ship and chair o planes so much before the coach trip home during my childhood, probably why I always fear them these days. Really good video from the East Coast , did you find time for a GYPB visit too hoping so.....
Thank you we had a great day to be honest, jolly was running well according to the boys, they were shocked by it. I did Hobs Pit, have to say I prefer the family version here it wasn't as scary as it was made out sadly. It still needs some love, but I was shocked after seeing so much negative that it has moved forward, 19.50 has to take that into account (45 for Oakwood as an example...!) chair lift queues, and quite frankly the speed of the chairs did rule that out. We did visit Pleasure Beach, and it was one of the best visits of the year!
@@UKThemeParks is that what Oakwood charge , wow that's bonkers! Yes the Needles chairs are a lot faster. Good to hear JR impressed and I guess will never know what I missed with Hobbs. Look forward to the next installment from Great Yarmouth and for now - Pleasurewood is back ON the list , oh thanks to Kurt's displeasure at his soaking it was a damn funny one too!
Thats cheaper than Lightwater they are charging £20 to get in, will you be going to Lightwater to do their new coaster? Great vlog Pleasurewood has such lovely surroundings, It looks like they are trying very hard with a limited budget to make the best of the park.
I think it’s a nice little park, a shame it’s not in a busy area central to everyone like Oakwood too, both places big potential but low investment sadly, hopefully looping group will change focus from Drayton at least for one year just to give pleasurewood one or two big new additions to fill some gaps.
I would say it still had a fairly decent turn out for the day, but going into Great Yarmouth, we didn't see a single advert for Pleasurewood Hills, so many holiday parks around there
Looping group needs 2 plough a lot of money in 2 PWH it's gone downhill so much since I worked there on maintenance. Back in 92. A stand out coaster & flat ride wud b a gd start. Get rid of shitty wipeout
