Idat case has targeted a women who married with her will and she was dehumanized in courts. Justice Ayesha should give that example too in her gender inclusivity amd women rights talk.
Ma'am we have seen a lot.This iddat case has become a horrible dream for every lower and middle class family.I think khawar Manika should be punished for this derogatory act.We talk a lot about women's right but actually situation is not much different in Pakistan.We expected more.Being a famale living in Pakistan I want you to understand the pain of a woman.Nobody wants to discuss that.
A lot of talk about justice and women’s rights but then nothing practical done…..in todays justice system, a woman doesn’t even have a right about her idat!
