Could you adapt the pincher pliers to have interchangeable heads instead of 10 different pliers? Would save space in toolboxes and allow you to sell a plier body and selection of tips as a kit, and allow trucks to stock the tips instead of having to special order specific pliers.
DFXL100 , I purchases a set and im not happy with my purchase . The whole reason for the purchase was the comment you made here on RU-vid saying your coming out with the DFXL150 . I need a 15mm and a 18mm more then the 19mm you only offer right now. You claim your so much better then other brands but you don't have the sizes they have . As it sets now I got $300 in set of wrenches that skip sizes probably another $300 or more if you come out with the DFXL150 set . I almost wish I would have just bought snap on or ton'e at least they offer a 15mm and 18mm . You really shouldn't put claims out there like that if you can't make the time frame or meet projected release dates you claim . You also talked about ratcheting wrench heads that use extension like a crowfoot . Is this another sales pitch for sales or are they conning? Like I said I'm about to jump the vim ship and buy from Tone's or snap on. I really hate to rant but it's been months since those comments have been made of new items comming.
I find it refreshing that you guys are honest about the relationship between techs and dealers and manufacturers, 95% of the time when a tech is complaining about how a dealer is not performing it’s usually the techs fault in some way or another. This is coming from a tech not a dealer or manufacturer, I see my peers make poor decisions and try to shift the blame to the product or dealer when in reality it’s the buyer. Also the banter between you two is nice to see, it’s not forced or rehearsed like some reality show. You guys work well together, that alone will keep your business thriving. The fact you strive to come up with products that are usable in real world situations and not just gimmicks will keep you on top.
Tool suggestion. So that 3/8 inch rachet got up to like 380 foot pounds before it broke. Idk if you guess watch torque test channel or not. But they did a video on the new dewalt dcf860. And it kept braking the socket adapters. Could you guy make a socket adapter "set" 3 inch long and 6inch long 1/4 3/8 and 1/2 inch drive socket adapters that wouldn't break as easily
