He is literally a human blueprint for change in Africa if only he would be applied by leaders and every public representative. He should be an inspiration to each and every single African in all walks of life though. He is Africa's founding fathers back to life in one human soul. If Africa fails to act on his advices, we'll be mere listeners till the end of time because nothing will ever be said again much better and clearer. The Chinese have had men like him whose words were never wasted but concertedly put to use in making China what it is today. May God bless him with good health and length of days - Prof. PLO Lumumba
Wow! Prof. PLO words of wisdom and painful reality of the leaders of today. May GOD help our country 🇰🇪 and Africa in general to have wise leaders that seek GOD for wisdom and guidance on how to lead. May GOD bless you professor and give you more grace, wisdom, strength and long life in Jesus Mighty Name Amen 🙏🏾 🙌🏾
What I can say as Kenyan citizen our government need PLO lumumba for excellent advise to make Kenya a better country plz Mr President Ruto invite this guy of ours
Thanks for sharing your thoughts Sir, I see it this way, Africa should be one country, one language, one election, one currency, one Visa, how this can be done, please help it to be reality,
As a SA'CAN ive have great respect for this man by doing his utmost whilest still currently alive to try and speak sense into the 99% empty tin heads of african politicians however sadly as a man of God he is also talking very strange things that wont solve the true love that God wants us all to share amongst one another of all races. He is a wise mortal person indeed but its all about blacks for him FIRST.
PLO is an African Gem. I wish more people would listen and apply his wise words and especially African leaders who are hungry for power and corrupt to the core.
What he says is absolutely sobering because it is true. Leadership is lacking in every aspect of Kenyan society. Including the home environment. Where values (or lack thereof) are modelled to our children. It is shameful to witness how we behave as Kenyans in private and in public. It is telling that we treat each other with such indifference and indignity. We have been so dehumanised as Africans that we are indifferent and numb to the suffering of Africans - because our suffering has been normalised. Being in a leadership position does NOT a leadeR make. We are at the bottom of the global ranking because we are sleeping, and those that are awake have either left the continent - disgusted, frustrated and disillusioned. Those that are still here and still care (PLO) are desperately trying to knock sense into the rest of us. Our very survival hinges on ourselves. We must get our priorities straight. And act with the urgency that our collective circumstance dictates. Otherwise, we have been warned: we will be colonised and enslaved all over again.
He's very right. The culture of worshiping public officials is a disease in this country, literally. Think about it, people we pay using our hard-earned taxes are treated as "The Honorable Mr CS" or "Her Excellency Madam Governor". Indeed ni upuzi wa hali ya juu 💥💥‼‼
Prof. PLO Lumumba, I knew you while you and the Late Nesbit Ojwang' and the Late Peter Onyango Bonyo worked together under LUMUMBA & OJWANG' ADVOCATES at Arrow House, Koinange Street in Nairobi more than 2 decades ago. Since then, I also had a working interaction with you at your Bishops Garden Towers in Upper Hill Nairobi less than 14 years ago. Since then, my love for legal and policy research and technical drafting has NEVER ever remained the same.
Thanks ever so much GkZim. Admittedly you very right regarding how different nations address the same item in different ways although sometimes there is a common denominator and more logically observed terminology. However, in actual fact there is virtually nothing to raise eyebrows . The bottom line is its basically one's choice of words in the end. All the same GkZim, keep up your good hard vlog undertaking any new projects. Its nice interacting and where tickled in anyways, I give out a shout and hope you accommodate. Keep up keeping on. Its excellent. Tendayi.
If Africa does not produce leaders like Prof Lumumba and Paul Kagame in the next ten years, that's it Africa itashikwa nyara tena. And this time not by the chains but by mpesa bwana. wata nunua Africa cash alafu tutakuwa na sukula toilets. We are F...ed.
It's true African leaders wanapenda mbwembwe. You will hear a leader complaining that he was not given a red carpet reception at an event in a country with the second largest slum in the world. Sad
Africa nation must give contracts to ingenuous engineers! They must accomplish it without Nzungu running it. It is must to be run and relevant to grow! And Stop selling patents. Own our technology!
Yaani PLO amesema Kweli. Mimi Ni mfano halisi ya aliyosema. Mimi nikuwa Soil Surveyor and Land Evaluatior Tena na Masters yangu. Nilipofika Kanada technology iliyokuwa inatumika ilinitoa nje. Maana Canada wanafanya Survey na helicopter na wanatumia machine kuchukua sampuli za udongo na kufanya utafiti wa soil profile. Ukweli elimu na ujuzi wangu ulikuwa outdated.
Umenena ukweli ndugu yangu. Pamoja milele.
Who is out there looking at the dishonesty in our world can doubt that a new spirit needs to be born-one that can generate truthfulness, concord & wisdom in society? Can politics alone do that?
38:09 I respect Prof Lubumba; For as long as Africa does not go back to its spiritual wisdom and connect to her indigenous African spirituality and wisdom, but focus on politics and history, there is no way forward. As long as we are tied down to the coloniser's systems, education system, economy, western religion etc, that change African ways to connect to their deities, Creator which the religion detach Africans from. Africans do not have identity, we hate each other. They continue to poach our resources while we complain and not take action to restore what was taken from us. We undermine our indigenous spiritual guiders- the seers to name a few Prophet Kimbangu, which the colonisers made them extinct and named as them prophets. Marcus Garvey once said, quote"Look to Africa when a Black King shall be crowned for that will be the day of deliverance. What happened to Gaddafi who was uniting Africans to unite Africa, economically, he had a plan of action, however he did not seek Spiritual King who connects with our indigenous spiritual beings for guidance. These spiritual kings were the ones who warned Africans about colonisers through spiritual revelations.
A gated community and windows and doors with bars send me a message the place might be dangerous...or a controlled area... not freely commute... it does raise a red flag... neighbors should be friendly, and safe, and infrastructure and overall sustainable planned area with the rest of town in a balance and inclusive community, city, country. Inequality is a cause for social problems...it raises concerns...
How I wish Africa can listen to and hear this son of the soil, Lumumba. Our government called ANC this southern side of the continent, is destroying our land right down to its soul. A government so rotten even muggots will shun it. Cry our beloved country, under a very, very rotten ANC. How sad.
One day Africa will come to regret the way in which this continent never took enough advantage of utilizing this son of the soil, his intelligence just not taken seriously n it's unfortunate
Apparently nope, he and omtata are the arguably the most constant people we have in kenya in terms of leadership, but we failed him when he stood for president then. Omtata was also dropped till recently.
@@ruiruark7226 They told him he was an eloquent speaker without any corruption record but he failed to give handouts and therefore not good enough to be elected 😆😆
