So with this machine it displaced a lot of workers. I am not opposed to machines. But i am worried about unemployment first. I understand that business has to profit. But hopefully we also think of employment. This is not a criticism of the man in this video. This comment is to make investors aware of human resource. Generate returns with higher meaning and moral values. Its about first family then people of the community. Otherwise the rebels and anti progress groups prevail. But this man has to be praised for feeding a lot of people. And to thank him for all the wonderful things he has done.
This machine does not mean to displace workers. It's to make farms work more efficiently. And have workers focus on planting more crops. In farming timing is important, if land preparation takes more than a month then it's opportunity loss for both owner and workers. Farmers should be taught skills and knowledge in the crops they are planting. Thus making farms more science and yields base. It's about time to upgrade our farming systems and not look as farmers just as lowly labor. Profitable farms means more work in the countryside thus making our countrymen choose to stay in their provinces rather than all dreaming of making it in mla or urban centers.
