Well things are slowly growing.. we had that bit heat and things picked up .. but once again it’s got cooler ..
Nit the best but you just have to get on with it really ..anyway hopefully it’s all going great where you are ..

Corn 🌽 should be knee high but the 4th of July 😂 or so the Americans say. 🎉🎉 coop poop 😅. Yes my beets and chard have leaf miner, not as bad in the beets but chard 😢😢. All looking good Darren, have a super week, Ali 🌞🇨🇦

Thks .. definitely stumpy corn .. doesn’t bother me about the leaf miner as even though the leafs look unsightly it doesn’t affect the beetroot.. I’m actually growing chard.. sowed them 2 weeks ago

@@afcdyson be careful where you put them I found the miners had overwintered in that bed 🤦‍♀️ after I planted my chard. My own fault I knew they were in the beets in the same bed the year before, but thought the freezing cold winter we had would have killed them off

chicken manure pellets have worked wonders for me this year. my caulis are proof of that................brian

Yes I used them but then got the chickens … I did a video a few years ago of using my compost… then my compost 50%.. coop poop 50%… same plants but one was double the size.. so done that ever since
