Ive done the same thing with clients. They message me something about their yard and i reply either "ill let the guys know" or "ill talk to the crew" Even though its only me and my one employee.. lol

On my 21 F350 the windshield wiper popped off and it was a recall on the motor itself maybe look into that to make sure that the truck isn’t needed for a recall

We got hit hard in dutchess, ft of real wet snow went on all day sunday so couldnt keep it clear. HOAs complaining, my residentials complaining, just a nightmare lol. I can never sleep before a storm shit stresses me out way too much. Are you 100% commercial for plowing and lawn care?

We are 100% for snow. I have a handful of driveways that I still do myself. As far as the mowing we still have around 30-40 residentials. Rest is commercial.
