@@Croxroadb tell me any other city in the world, where there is a minister and deputy minister in charge of that city and on top of that there is the executive director who is in charge of running that city and implementing all policies n the lord mayor is left for ceremonial functions, museveni is just a petty leader who has never learned how to loose in his life, that's y he decided to frustrate the lord Mayors office n set him on a collusion course with museveni appointees n make lukwago bad in the eyes of the public, n I can confirm, it is working coz ppo like you are failing to see who is behind all this mess
