This video explains the main purpose of pipe test plug as well as meaning of Flow-Through Plugs.
Pipe test plugs are used to divert or bypass the flow for pipelines. There is a pipe inside of the plug that allows the flow to pass through the plug.
The infrastructure projects including the gravity pipelines such as sewer, storm and drainage pipes are subjected to leak test in accordance with EN 1610 standard and Pipe Plug or Pipe Stopper is the only device suitable for performing this type of leak test.
