Killing it with the guests with DB and DC back to back! Would love to see you have RV on someday and listen to you guys talk about days a Pro Circuit and Kawi. You both have always ride green your entire career and it would be interesting to hear you guys talk about it. Keep the episodes comin’!!
AC you run a good podcast and asks good questions. I wish you would have broached more with DC the subject of TV coverage of Motocross & Supercross and how it can be made better. Maybe you can get Bondo on your podcast? I'd really like to hear from that guy and his thoughts/logic on Motocross/Supercross TV coverage, producing, & directing.
Best Pod Yet! Excellent conversation! AC, you definitely have a talent for this. I'm thinking of you as the emerging Dale Jr. for SX/MX. Keep moving forward with this pod.
Great talk. Davey is a pretty amazing guy. I remember flagging at the races when my Dad would go racing until he finally won the fight with my Mom and I could race. I loved all of it.
This is such a great and insightful podcast. I love hearing AC's view on things and the guests so far have been great. I love the laid back flow of it but also that it is more than one person just talking as that is easier to tune out. Keep up the great content.
Privateer, Josh Cartwright had a interesting opinion on the home schooling thing on the Pulp Mx show this week. He feels they are missing out on some of the social experience by fore going regular skool. It was a good convo between him and Steve.
Love your podcast bro!! Proud of your accomplishments in life growing fellow you since you little. I’m in NORTH CAROLINA looking forward to see y’all in September, what your advice or recommendation on working in the Motocross Industry?
He actually tried to make it happen a couple years ago...and from what I remember Honda said if they allowed equal displacement 2 strokes in each class they would pull all HRC teams from the AMA, so it didn't happen.
@@bootysmaka22 ahhh I could see honda saying that but let’s be honest I’d call there bluff and do it anyways there’s way more upside and positives that would come out of making the change
@@derkbrock5996I think they should at least give it another look and allow bare minimum a 150cc and 300cc. Privateers would get extra fans, and more affordable maintenance!
@@bootysmaka22 yeah that wouldn’t really change much still a big disadvantage to the 250f and 450f. They have been allowing 250 2 stroke in 250 classes locally for decades and it has worked no problems including Loretta’s which is about to kick off.
Id like to take this time while Combs is on here. Gotta change some Amateur racing rules. Ur only allowed to race 2 classes at Loretta’s why are people allowed to qualify for 5 classes and pick and chose before that’s 3 spots ur taking from someone who traveled and payed just like u. I’ve seen someone qualify for 2 classes and then go to another region and qualify for 2 more, u should not be able to do that just because u have the money.
It was sad we were at Southwick. He pulled up a Yellow track marker and handed it to my son. I looked around I was like holy shit oh my dad’s Davey Coombes. No one even knew who he was. I was so sad.
