In my opinion this EQ is better than the Amek EQ Plugin Alliance released earlier this year. I could see me using this EQ when I'm not using the Maag EQ4 for open vocals. I'm so happy I subscribed to the Plugin Alliance Mega Bundle bcuz I spent so much money straight purchasing the Plugin Alliance plugins individually

If I am not mistaken, you adjusted the keys bus and disengaged the plug-in. It happens. Ha! Thanks for sharing with us!

Used this on a master last night and really liked it - especially on the low end for an electronic/hip-hop kick. Loved what you did to the BVs here. Thank you again.

Great explanation, Mike! (Unfortunately, you left the organ EQ with Engage Off just before you started doing mass Bypass A/Bs so the organ's effect was never on after that! Shame we can't change the backplate colour or something for identification.)

16:20 you fell in the exact trap you mentioned, haha! the big red bypass button is dark on the plugin as you A/B. Thought that was kind of funny. Nice plugin, just got it today.

Thank you for showing how you use this EQ. The explaination made me - again - learn something. I tried this one out on release and yeah. Very transparent, very useful EQ. Only thing that bothers me is the very small GUI and I can hardly see the red numbers on the Pultec side. We Windows / Cubase users can't zoom it up like this. Would be great if PA would build in resizability. The vibe and tone of the track you're working on is great. Cheers

no zoom and tiny graphics? Needs to be scalable like most Brainworx / PA plugins. People have different eye sights or much higher resolution monitors, which shrinks the buttons down too far. AMEK 200 does this as it should.

youre starting off with some REALLY GOOD AND CLEAN VOCALS. I want to know how to record vocals that clean. what sort of work. To be honest, youre already mixed well.

Meh! I got my Tone Empire Black Q which is better than this seemingly along with Klanghelm DC8C 3, Pulsar Mu, and Ozone Dynamics for parallel EQ trumps this toy.

Really nice eq, but the interface is really unintuitive. On a computer you can have any kind of interfaces, why should we be stuck with the hardware look? I understand the choices for the hardware unit, but for software it doesn't make sense. Why should I look to the right to see what values I'm working with? It could be made a lot easier for the eyes, not waste so much screen space. That's why FabFilter is so popular, pretty basic interface and easy to work with. We don't need screws on an interface, it's not like it's falling from the screen without them.

u reduced by -0.9 db in the mids and boosted by just1db? bass area . that is 0.9db, way too little to be heard or make a difference. never be scared to use a plugin. especially for demo purposes, show what it can do... everything sounds good at measly 2 or 3 db... - might as well not touch it at all...sure..some bedroom nerd will say "but I heard a huuuuge" difference...lmao...suuure!
