PLUGIN ANALYSIS VS BX CONSOLE AMEK 9099 || Based on the legendary AMEK 9098i, Brainworx have done it again and brought a plugin that emulates a classic from the analog world and they bring it to the digital world! Equip with a compressor, gate, EQ, limiter, and filters.
I did some looking around on a few of my favorite pieces of software, "Plugin Doctor" and "CMT" (created by LetiMix • How to measure compres... ). Sit back an relax to some Lo-fi music while you watch me analyze this plugin!

Nice to see what exactly knobs and buttons do with the signal. Btw. IMHO this is great sounding vst. Thx for test

makses no sense whatsoever to do a demo where the sound doesn't corroborate the actions of the plugin.

These videos are me tampering and messing around with very light analysis to some relaxing Lofi music. Take it for what it is, its minimal at best, but there is still data to observe nonetheless however minimal it is. Also note, that's why I do "What Does it sound like vids" so you can hear what each knob does to the sound source😉.

@@moksoundstudios which is what is odd to me as with even wild swings of the knobs i failed to detect any discernable shifts in the sound....and since i own this unit i had a hard time believing that we were hearing on your audio was indeed what we were seeing in 1) the device itself and 2) the resulting waveform.

@@planetclay Not sure why you couldn't hear the differences, I could and still can.

@@moksoundstudios i just checked it again and you must just be doing the snap or something because the eq curve changes you show in just the first 20 seconds would suggest huge variations in your low end i hear none whatsoever....so maybe that's it. but yeah it's a great channel strip....if someone said the best there is i would not argue.
