How exactly are those plumbers 'self-employed', IF Pimlico Plumbers (i.e. Charlie Mullins): 1) Tells them where to go, what to do and at which time - also called _"exercising control"_, an *Employee feature*; 2) Have them wear a distinctive BRANDED uniform (i.e. showing a colour scheme and/or logo best associated with the *Company* named Pimlico Plumbers plc.) - also called _"being part and parcel"_, another *Employee feature*; 3) Drive around in vehicles which sport the Company's colours and logo as well - again, _"being part and parcel"_, an *Employee feature*?!
Most expensive Plumber in the United Kingdom & take payment before works start ??? Then add MASSIVE hourly rates to credit card charges ....0 out of 10 for price....ETA's false for emergency responses ..POOR SERVICE....
🦋It is so shame that Pimlico plumbers for work Charge 90 per hour! 🍋🍋🍋daily rate 🍋🍋🍋 (about 900 per day) when label probably won't even earn 20 per hour! So the rest goes to the company and for rent? 🍋🍋. So what is the point to use this company Instead, instead finding only worker who can do it for much less?🍋🍋🍋 Yes of course is better to work with company but not for any cost and these prices are out of order!!!! The prices should be affordable for most of people not just for rich!!! 🦋🦋🦋🦋and company should take less profit if they can but instead will get more clients and still make business to run even better. 🦋🦋🦋
If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck. He was building the company brand not his own. He was working as a fulltime employee. His employer has responsibilities they are trying to evade.
