Putting 8 medics to provide treatment for an operator that fights so hard, she needs constant watch from almost all of them so she can just survive and a mountain of IV bags with painkillers per minute in order to actually function. I think trust in the doctor would be the last thing that they would gain after his approval in this abomination of an operation.

Also, IDK do you notice it or nah, but Silence's base heal is weaker due to lower ATK stat In E2 60 Silence's ATK is still weaker againt 4* equal Sussuro without trust And you can't use her skill While those Medic has better base healing due to higher ATK stat and/or they also able to use their skill
Just imagine how this would play out in the actual game lore, people will worsen their oripathy condition when they use arts. So that's mean surtr is burning her own body and probably have crystals on her skin and internal body, and all the medic will heal her to full health, does that mean they will de-crystalize her and also keeping her alive from all the heat, and also, surtr must be in severe pain but still has to continue her skill, I actually want to see how that play out when the operation is complete
