For those who are saying that Narendra Modi is quoting Dr Manmohan Singh....let me clarify... government launched scheme(in 2006) for backward sections and minorities....and since Muslim is larger minority the govt the govt said they should have first right on these schemes......it is not at all how modi is saying things now "all your property will be sezied and will be given to Muslims" not at all.
